I created Blissness x Pleasure Mastermind because I wanted to birth something that was a combination of somatics with business & pleasure.

Something that took my proven method that has helped myself & my clients make more money than ever before, & scale to 6 figures in less than 8 months, & do it in a loving, GROUP community.

Business can & should be pleasurable.

It’s a fast track for growth.

Don’t you tell all your friends how you’re “too good” for a man that treats you less than royalty?

But here we are, all of a sudden, thinking it’s “too expensive” & “too much”

Boo, you are too much.

You are worth TOO MUCH.

And you should be getting PAID big money for that.

When I hear that number - and it’s more than I’ve ever paid before - my body gets the tingles

Investing has less to do with the mentor or offering,

& more to do with the value we put into ourselves

It’s there for our own *level up*

...for us to energetically invest it ALL

...to leave the excuses & fears at the last level

The smaller we play in our investments, the smaller we play in our growth game

It’s just the energetics

And the game of money

Note: there’s privilege in this. I’m a white, cis hetero, able bodied female.

Last year, I took a Queer Competency course with @embodyemerge, in addition to other DEI work.

I committed myself, at a personal & business level.

When I first started, especially getting into rooms with marginalized communities, there was a lot of discomfort, shame, guilt & wanting to avoid.

I stood stuck for a while, not wanting to expand, talk about money, wealth or success.

While I understood at a conscious level, that...

We want the exact script, framework, practice…

but when it comes to flow,
there is no exact anything!

Our B O D Y is the guide,
& it changes everyday.

Part of my Embodied Launch protocol (part of Blissness x Pleasure Method) is starting each day with a movement practice

It’s not always perfect...

Sometimes I don’t want to do it
Sometimes I don’t do it
Sometimes I do it midday or @ night
Sometimes I drop right in
Sometimes there’s resistance
Sometimes I don’t want it to end

Regardless, it allows me to:
xx move stuck energy
xx go beyond the stories of my mind
xx feel into the truth of my body
xx get into my feel good place
xx step into my pleasure

This supports me in being magnetic to what I’m calling in because my channels are crystal clear

P.S. I say this is ‘easy yet advanced’, because it’s a simple process to follow, but...

This time last year I had a conversation with my coach about collaborating with other women

She was encouraging me to put down my independence a little bit more, to share my spaces with other wisdom givers & light workers

At the time, partnership wasn’t yet fully safe for me

Looking back, I know it was rooted in fear of attachment, trust, & intimacy

I was just dipping my toes in the pond,
& I’m now I’m fully swimming :)

@amylea.co read my astro/HD chart last summer & reflected the opening for deep healing around professional relationships & collabs

Since then, I’ve grown my team into a solid interconnected web of 5 (+ we’ll be hiring soon!)

& I’ve been bringing incredible women into my coaching containers to amplify the magic

I held a lot of resentment in my body towards routine & structure.

It was a mirror of the internal resentment I was holding towards (1) men, & (2) the rejection of the goodness, & the need for, masculine energy (& also good men) in my life.

I was hell bent on not integrating form

I tried & tried, but it kept getting harder & harder

I name this here because it was an integral part of my biz journey

My stubborn refusal to bring in my inner father, brother, lover, friend...

He who teaches how to befriend the Self, first & foremost, & then organically, everyone else

(Maps to Ecstasy by Gabrielle Roth is a great read for this)

We grow far when we integrate these polarities

It’s the dance of the universe

And integration comes from the Latin word integrare meaning, “make whole”.

Create freedom in your body x biz & harmonize your masc & fem to level the f up in biz x bed x bank with the proven Blissness & Pleasure...

This used to scare me…

xx Disapproval
xx Not having them like me
xx Saying the wrong thing
xx Being too much
xx Not being for everyone

But I’m not for everyone.
And neither are you.

Shutting the door to our authentic expression closes the channel to our magnetism & receptivity.

I can revel in this truth now.

It excites me.
It turns me on.

Because I know I’m activating something in them.

And whether they look at it or not,
it stirred something.

And I L O V E that.

Whether they choose me or not,
it doesn’t affect me.

Nor is it a reflection of my character.

While this in theory is easy,
it’s not the easiest to put into action.

Discomfort can arise in our body.

Rejection, abandonment & betrayal wounds come to the surface.

Our attachment styles activate & reactions seemingly come out of nowhere.

This is when it’s most important to stay in our bodies & ride the wave of emotion x feeling.

Let’s stop choosing between *this or that*

We don’t need to sacrifice or settle

We don’t have to choose between a limited life in one area to have a big life in the other

It’s not this OR that

It’s this AND that

I grew up in NY, where success = sacrifice

*The man* taught me happiness wasn’t part of the equation

And now I have a man that won’t let me settle for anything less than all of it

God didn’t put you here to give you an endless flow of desire

just to say
“now suffer ‘cause you can’t have it”

or

“I’m gonna punish you when you get it because it’s too good to be true”

Organized religion loves to overplay that story

“Jesus, make me worthy.”

it’s about leading from love

Last week I was reflecting on marketing x sales dynamics…

When I first wrote the B x P landing page,
I came in kinda hot, hard & heavy

My team & fav humans reflected that
& I made my adjustments

The connection between relationships & biz shows up in how we present & sell ourselves

If we’re hitting them over the head with
the things they do wrong,
the things they never do,
& how they never get it right

» they’ll never get it right «

(at least not with us)

I used to do this with men ‍

In my relationship now, there’s lots of re-patterning happening

...always lead with love...

Respect & love have to be the baseline

On a podcast interview with @relatingintheshadows, @rainierwylde asked me what the healthy fem looks like

My answer was simple: she leads in Love
