My Story...
‘You never initiate $ex or come onto me’ …. said every boyfriend I ever had.
This always made me feel so 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡.
I felt like less of a woman.
It brought up stories that said:
👉🏻I wasn’t a $exu@l person
👉🏻There was something wrong with me
👉🏻I didn’t know what I was doing
👉🏻I wasn’t enough
👉🏻& they were better off with someone else.
🚨This happened for TWO REASONS…
1️⃣ I didn’t feel 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 or in my $exu@l expression. I grew up with shame around $ex, 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 (wrong, dirty), & a lack of $ex ed (aka ple@$ure).
I picked up on societal cues that told me $ex was for men’s ple@$ure…& my body was there to 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲.
It left me 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤...𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐝...& 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝.
2️⃣ I later learned…..I’m a primary Energetic on the Erotic Blueprints (dk yours?! Dm me for the quiz link!).
This means I’m:
highly turned on by anticipation, tease, & space.
I need grounding, safety, connection & SLOW anticipatory touch to get me going.
💡So, in learning that most of my partners were the opposite blueprints as me ($exu@l)….
