Time to align our external with our internal, & our internal with our external.

Incongruence looks & sounds like:

We say we want more & have done all the extra trainings but won’t increase our prices.

We say we want more but aren’t doing the daily weekly monthly things that help us expand our capacity

We say we Want to be seen but fear being visible.

We say we want to grow but refuse to hire support because we feel like we should be able to do it alone/ believe do it better ourselves/money is better spent elsewhere 🙄

We say we want union but are still looking down on men.

We say we want deeper union but aren’t owning or leading with our desire in partnership.

We say we want community but don’t show up when sisters ask.

We say we are free but ignore the giant elephant in our room.

If this is you, perhaps you got comfortable at this level & thought you wouldn’t have to get SO uncomfortable again!

But Being incongruent is fucking us up ladies!

We have to admit what we really want, own our radical desires, & ask for it…all.

We have to become radically honest & authentic in who & what we are in all areas of life.

At this level…

It’s not about having it all anymore.

It’s about holding it all

And continuing to push the limit of what is possible.
