Over the 6 weeks of Gut Ed, you’ll be taken through 4 phases.…
We’ll start with a week of education & preparation so you begin to understand why your body does the things it does. You’ll learn what’s causing toxic build up & why toxicity is making it harder for you to burn fat. As you move through week one, you'll be letting go of the things no longer serving. This process will begin to free up your energy & get you feeling lighter in your body. You’ll prepare for your cleansing, gut healing protocol for a seamless process.
As you move into the Cleanse Phase, you’ll unclog the pipes, renew your metabolism, & heal your gut to revitalize your body. This is where the magic happens. Your body will be cleansing at a cellular level to clear you skin, improve your digestion, & get rid of the brain fog to make space for the confidence you’ve been yearning for.
These two weeks of cleansing will give you the reset you need to decrease the toxicity & inflammation keeping you puffy, full of cravings & chronically exhausted. This process will kick the caffeine & sugar cycle you’ve been in & bring your body back to harmony.

Q: Will I be tired during this detox?
A: You may experience some detox symptoms that have you feeling sluggish on day 1, but I walk you through step-by-step on how to reduce unwanted symptoms caused by detoxing. After the first few days you will feel renewed and energized.
Q: Will I be hungry?
A: The recipes are designed for you to feel satisfied & nourished while detoxing the body naturally. If there's ever a time you feel hungry, there are always options for you to snack on! This detox is NOT about deprivation.
Q: Can I eat meat?
A: YES! This program is designed for you to find what works for YOU specifically. It's not about fitting into a mold or restriction. It's about reseting the gut & discovering what foods give you energy & vibrancy. The Recipe Guide is interchangeable and you can add-on any approved protein to your meals.
Q: Am I still able to workout?
A: This is completely up to you. The answer is ultimately YES, absolutely! As always, I suggest you listen to your body.
Q: I have a busy schedule, will I be able to pre-prep the meals?
A: GUT ED is a whole foods program. Meaning, you'll be eating full meals at every meal. So it should be like any other day! The meals are most definitely able to be pre-prepped to be taken along wherever your day takes you.
