I'm so excited to invite you to this 3-day, 2-night immersive retreat nestled away in the magical foothills of Colorado,
where we will be initiating a deep unravelling & an even greater awakening.
It’s time to decondition & unlearn the stories of who you think you are so you can return to your most alive, radiant, free self.
THE RETREAT
During this 3-day retreat, you will be guided through a multitude of processes to create deep, authentic connection with yourself, while experientially learning what it means to be supported by powerful women.
These activities will provide you the space to become clear on what's holding you back from your next personal upgrade & the healing tools to clear it. Together, we will experience our true heart centered essence & utilize the tools of Spiritual Psychology to self heal.
The Goddess Experience will give you the understanding of your ego while connecting you to your Authentic Self. This gives you the personal freedom to live in your power without anything holding you down.

Karlee J
Karlee is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Holistic Nutritionist, and Energy Healer based in Denver, Colorado. Through a unique combination of practical mindfulness practices, intuitive guidance, nutritional science, and energy medicine, she guides women to hone in on their feminine energy and inherent wisdom to take their life back from stress, illness, and people pleasing syndrome. Karlee walks with you to discover what this world has to offer when we pause long enough to sip a breath of presence.
After a long physical communication back and forth with her body through varies illnesses, a quick shed of an outdated identity, and a transformation awakening, she has jumped back into (mindful) action with the purest intentions: to curate a safe space for the most beautiful unraveling as you and I and We continue to dive deeper into our souls yearning.

Claudia Nanino
Claudia Nanino is a certified breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, meditation and yoga teacher. She began her healing journey in 2016, while coping with enormous personal challenges. She rebuilt her life and catapulted her spiritual evolution with meditation, yoga, crystals, and various teachers and healers. Her first experience with breathwork was life changing and she knew she had discovered a beautiful tool with a profound capability to heal, and felt called to dive deep into it. She has left her corporate career and it is now her privilege and duty to share these gifts with as many people as possible. To hold space and be in service is the ultimate expression of her gratitude for her new life, led with an open, connected heart. With the vision of creating a beautiful community through healing, transformation, and the power of the breath, she invites you to connect with her and ultimately yourself. Breathwork allows for a deep exploration of one's psyche to uncover the old stories, blockages, traumas, or resistances we have that are not serving us. It allows us to work through these, bringing healing and clarity so we can deepen our connection to our truest selves and spirit. For some this practice is a spiritual journey inwards or the deepest state of relaxation, for some it's like hours of therapy, and for others it can be beautifully psychedelic. This fully guided experience is different for everyone, but at a bare minimum, you will have a powerful, healing meditation. On the other side of the spectrum is an infinite amount of life changing possibilities, benefitting your mind, body, and spirit.

The retreat includes dinner Friday night, 3 incredibly delicious, nourishing meals on Saturday, & breakfast on Sunday. Snacks will be available throughout the days & meals will accommodate dietary restrictions.
You will experience the Goddess Approach™ way of nourishing your body & taste buds at the same time. Vegan, gluten-free/dairy-free, candida-friendly options will be available. Any other dietary requirements can be sent our way!
