It started with an eating disorder & body dysmorphia…

I first went through the health industry, then the fitness & movement space, then heavy into personal development & spiritual psychology,

& not longer after,

found $omatic $€xology, the €rotic Blueprints,

& my recent studies have been Elemental Embodiment & Pelvic Care Specialist (2 yr program).

I also Studied Spiritual Psychology, am a boxing/kickboxing instructor, yoga teacher, & personal trainer👽

I have all of these areas of study & experience

because I had suffering, strife
& struggle in all of them.

From an early age,

I knew the real answers would come from within

& started with mentors when I was 20

I chose Holistic Health Coaching over becoming an RD at 19 because I wanted to help people with an unconventional approach

I wanted to get in there WITH them

& actually help them create REAL transformational change

But it started with me & my own body

I wanted to thrive not survive
