'You never initiate $ex or come onto me.' ..said every boyfriend I ever had

This always made me feel so 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡

I felt like less of a woman

It brought up stories that said:
👉🏻I wasn’t a $exu@l person
👉🏻Something was wrong with me
👉🏻I didn’t know what I was doing
👉🏻I wasn’t enough
👉🏻& they were better off with someone else

🚨This happened for 2 REASONS…

1️⃣ I didn’t feel 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 or in my $exu@l expression. I grew up with shame around $ex, 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 (wrong, dirty), & a lack of $ex ed (aka ple@$ure)

I picked up on societal cues that told me $ex was for men’s ple@$ure…& my body was there to 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲

It left me 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤...𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐝...& 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝

2️⃣I later learned, I’m a primary Energetic in the €rotic Blueprints™️ (DK yours?! Dm me for the quiz link)

This means I’m:

Highly turned on by anticipation, tease, & space.

I need grounding, safety, connection & SLOW anticipatory touch to get me going.

💡So, in learning that most of my partners were the opposite blueprints as me ($exu@l)

we had a hard time understanding each other & spoke a diff $exu@l language!

Me initiating $ex looked like….

“Hey, can we just hug for a min? Be present with each other?”

For a $exu@l, that does NOT translate to $ex!

They get turned on by getting right to the punch 🥊

Like…

a hand reaching around to grab their goods while they cook dinner

…something that for us energetics, could be a total turn OFF!

I shared this story during an E.B. Workshop & there were so many ‘AH-HA!’ moments…
