I remember listening to The Wild Woman’s Way by Michaela Boehm during the 2 month period I sublet my dream apartment in Feb/Mar 2021

I was on my way to Costa Rica for a 6 week solo adventure 🏝️

starting at @soltarahealingcenter for a 7 day aya retreat 👽

I had just met Paul, maybe 5 weeks earlier

We fell madly in love, quick

It was intense & fast

A huge period of expansion & love

That 2 month adventure ended in Sedona on a deepening girls trip 🏜️

I have a couple of vivid snapshots in my mind..

one on a plane ✈️

the other running though red rock at Sugarloaf Mountain

..listening to Michaela’s voice as she was painting the image of her house in California..

“I want that.” I thought

She continued on..

about her animals & her land..

I felt a deep ping & yearning in my heart

“That’s for me. I can feel it in my bones.”

She spoke about the circles she’d host, the women who would come for healing..

“I’ll have that.” I said

I remember, in those moments,

the conviction & the electricity in my body.

The knowing of that truth.

“I’ll have that.”

I set up a self care Sunday sun date for myself on the porch today..

Opened my journal to the sketches of the @venusvalleyboulder logo sketches I made during the closing of the house in August when we put in our offer ☀️

I brag we did it.

Sooner & BETTER than I could have ever imagined 🐆

An honor to hold this land

& the women who flow in & out for the remembrance of their truth & power.
