There was a time I cried every time my boyfriend tried to talk to me about $ex

I remember sitting in one of the back rooms at Equinox on the Upper East Side 🏙️

We were on a break after a morning of training clients when 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁..𝗶𝘁

Next thing I knew..

My hoodie was completely pulled over my face & 𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙗𝙖𝙬𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙫𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙮𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙪𝙩 😭

He was STUNNED

..had 𝙣𝙤 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙖 what was happening inside of me

And I,

had no understanding for this 𝙛𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙛𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚.

‘𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗺 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀?’ I cried

‘I don’t understand what happened to me.’

💭 I ran through a list of boyfriends in my head..

‘This happened with Joe.
And John, too.’
