When I had my first somatic/$exual awakening, I learned this in my body

For most of my life, I was the hard, armored, strong, independent one

I didn’t know how to ask for help, 𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 𝘐 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘵. I didn’t want to show my vulnerabilities, 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘐’𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥. I didn’t want to give love so freely, 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧.

It wasn’t until I found this work that I changed the narrative in my tissue

I started to let my 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 & 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 out

I began to trust my feminine; my softness, slowdown & pu$$y

I married my $ex to my spirituality & I experienced freedom in my body for the true first time

I was building an empire…

but my heart & soul were yearning for love

For deep union, devotion, connection & intimacy

I resourced & fed myself through myself just like I was supposed to

But it never fully filled the place inside of me that held the deep yearning to love & be loved

From this came my program LOVE $EX MEN

I learned how to feel love & longing w/out despair, something I hadn’t known since I was 16 & the boy I liked didn’t choose me

My work around this truly set me FREE - bc I had always wanted to put love first, but it never felt safe

…which put my authenticity & true nature in the *shadows*

I share this today for 3 reasons:

(1) permission to own all parts of you - strong, badass, entrepreneur - AND soft, supple, tender woman

(2) offer release of judgement over yourself/friends around this - you’re not doing anything *wrong*…you’re just a HUMAN who runs on love 💕

(3) remind you to set up feedings & support in the places you know you need them (touch, community time, dance, connection w/ all genders)
