To share my countless stories about normalized unhealthy behaviors that we totally laugh at & celebrate in this bizarre society - mainly I talked about bodybuilding/fit industry.

I am intense. I am extreme.

But mostly, I am relentless when it comes to Truth.

Because I’m also obsessed with freedom.

I’ve had major hip & knee surgery on the same leg. I’ve struggled with addiction. Eating disorders. Toxic abusive relationships…

I have had TRAUMA.

But now, I live free.

Because my authority lives within this body, not outside.

I was also squatting & deadlifting over 100lbs at 7 mo post surgery. And was hiking over 11 miles in the CO Rockies at 6 mo.
