Blue Bikini Series Part 3

Let’s face it, SOMATICS is the new black🖤

 

& there’s a big reason why

 

It’s real, it’s fast, it’s deep

 

& it 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀

 

But I want to tell you that nothing will 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 fix or heal you or keep hard things from happening

 

Not just because you’re 𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐞

 

But bc life will 𝙖𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 continue to happen

 

Somatic experiencing & embodiment, for myself & clients, has transformed the way we sit in our beingness, & in turn, 𝗱𝗼 life

 

While magic it is, we’re still the 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙨

 

Magic requires belief, commitment, devotion, love, trust, surrender & feeling

 

It also requires a 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙥 𝙤𝙛 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝

 

This kind of wizardry does not depend on what is seen

 

It depends on blind faith

 

𝐁𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 to the eye,

but 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 to the soul

 

Lately, I’ve seen a lot of womxn walk up to the plate, & then run the other direction

 

& truthfully, doing big magic may require that, a few times

 

But what I want to inspire, through this love note to you, is no magician has ever became the sorceress they are, by waiting to see the magic BEFORE 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 the 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡

 

& every sorceress knows, the spell means 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 - nothing I tell you - without the sorceress behind it

 

10 yrs later, this body is still the hardest thing I work for

 

Except everything is different now 

Today, & tomorrow, I work for this body with love

 

I work for this body bc she holds all parts of me, you, & my ancestors

 

I work for this body, half the time not knowing the ‘how’ & fearing the possibility of failure, yet trusting in 𝒎𝒚 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄 anyway

 

We both know you’re here to do big things

 

It’s time to trust in your powers, even when you can’t tangibly touch them

 

Deep down, the belief is in there

 

So, my fellow witch, cast your spells & cast them wide

 

Keep casting, even when the magic doesn’t seem to be working

Especially when, the spell only tells you how to do the spell, but leaves out the part of how to patiently 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭 for the magic

The 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 is...

⠀

your trust in the unseen x unknown, devotion to your desires, surrender to your divinely guided hunger, & blind faith

⠀

With those things,

everything you dreamed of becomes yours

⠀

Definitely not in an instant,

probably not without crying,

but undoubtedly,

in due time
