Dalen (she/her) is a classically trained Chef & Dietetic Nutritionist currently studying to be an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. She believes in the power of spirituality, deep personal growth, and a health & beauty at every size (HAES) approach to wellness. She loves delicious food in all of its incredible forms, feeding those she loves, rainy afternoons at home with a good book, summertime hikes to waterfalls, & supporting other Mamas on their journey to truly thrive. Born & raised in Oregon, Dalen currently resides in the Denver Metro area with her beautifully blended family of 5 (and one sweet golden retriever).
