There was a point in my life where i felt like nothing could be fixed I left (but didn't really leave) a toxic relationship and moved into the city where i thought things were going to really shape up for me. Inevitably, they did not because i was not REALLY taking care of myself. I had taken classes with Julianne years ago when she was a coach at UFC, and loved her style of training and charisma. When i found her online as i was browsing one day after my move and saw that she did online holistic health coach training i knew it was a sign.
After just a few weeks into my program i learned just how many things i was truly truly neglecting from my gut health, sleep schedule, to my workouts to starving just to binge. I did not feel like those things could be reversed but that was just my mindset.
Most importantly, having Julianne as a coach was a comfort and at the same time a motivator. I felt like there was finally someone on my team. I cannot thank Julianne enough for helping me realizing that there ARE healthy ways to gain muscle, loose fat, get sleep, and the importance of mental health through all of it.
I now love the life i live. A balanced life where some days are better than others, but i don't find myself guilty after taking a day off from the gym because my body needed rest, and i don't feel guilty if i want to indulge in moderation, and i don't become compulsive over tracking macros or unmaintainable meal preps, and i do not feel like i need to tolerate anyone else's insecurities and negativity that they project on me.
After my 8 week program i not only had a TOTAL mind and body shift, but i gained a friend who i could talk to and relate to without that "athletic trainer"demeanor. THANK YOU JULIANNE, for being you, and unapologetically you and a true, raw genuine human!!
I am someone that struggled with weight issues my entire life. Over the course of 6 years of diet and becoming a gym rat I slowly started developing an extremely unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. After losing a large amount of weight the first two years I slowly started to see it creep back on and nothing I did was helping. I was stuck in the same spot for about two years before I started working with Julianne.
After only 3 months with her I dropped 10 pounds and felt such a connection with her because she had been through so many of the same things I had struggled and continued to struggle with. Julianne is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating and genuine. She’s always learning new things for herself and her clients, is never lacking advice when you need it and always keeps it real with herself and her audience. I continue to learn from her on a daily basis through her social media. She leads by great example and I am lucky to be able to have called Julianne my trainer and I’m lucky to be able to now call her my friend. She is so passionate about her job and her clients and I have found such a balance from working with her.
Before coaching & personal training with Julianne, I was at a plateau. Being a former athlete, I remained active and ate relatively well, but was not seeing progress. When Julianne and I had our first session, I told her I wanted to get stronger and leaner, along with tweak my diet to see more progress.
Within a few weeks of our training, I gained much more than thirty minutes a week of one-on-one training. I quickly learned how to formulate my own weights workouts, how to time my cardio sessions, and most importantly, what to eat and when. Being only a text away, Julianne has helped me reshape my life. From constant positive reinforcement to that extra motivational push when needed, I truly gained a support system in her. She acknowledges that everyone is different, therefore so is everyone’s set of goals and method of achieving them. In the past six months, I have realized my potential, and with Julianne’s constant support, I feel closer to my health and fitness dreams than ever before.
Julianne is a true inspiration! She welcomes me to every session with a smile. Every training session is challenging, but Julianne is always there to encourage and push me through it! I leave feeling satisfied with my workout and one step closer to my goals. I have also completed a round of health coaching with Julianne. Through this process, she helped me to clear my mind, push my body to the best it can be, and dig deep into my soul to become a more stress free, anxiety free person. I feel lucky to get to work with her and only wish that I could train with her every day, instead of only three days a week!
I have been training with Julianne for about a year and a half. She has helped transform not only my body but my entire view on working out.
Julianne makes working out fun! Everyday she has a new set of moves to help me tone and strengthen my body. She has also helped me change my diet and view on food.
She has helped me make a good food plan that helps me lose weight but does not leave me hungry. She is always so encouraging and truly takes pride in what she does.
