In today’s episode, Julianne reminds us that not everything we’re feeling or holding is even ours! From beliefs passed down by our families and friends to generational trauma passed down in our genes, from a very early age we start to make other people’s shit OURS. It’s time to let go of that - you are only responsible for what’s actually yours.
“This is your reminder that your shit is your shit, it’s important not to make anyone else responsible for your shit, and it’s also important for you not to take anyone else’s shit because it’s not yours.”
This episode, Julianne interviews Jeff Chilton, President of Nammex Organic Mushroom Extracts.

In this episode, Julianne and Jeff talk

Just like dealing with your financial situation and relationship with money, your relationship with food can be overwhelming and scary. There’s so much information out there, it can lead to just avoidance and confusion. In today’s episode, Julianne breaks down the similarities between money and food and shares helpful tips on ways to repair that relationship!
“Creating a budget with our food choices allows us to fully experience the pleasure of our food and play with food...and this takes away any potential feelings of guilt because it was budgeted, planned for, and part of our desires.”
This episode, Julianne interviews Lisa Hyde of The Confidence Crown.
Lisa is an entrepreneur, beauty, health & wellness expert, retail trend spotter, sought-after public speaker, and advisor to the next-generation of entrepreneurs. Straight out of college she became a talent agent, then a talent manager, for 12 years until her mom became ill and she closed her company to become her caretaker. She then studied to go into healthcare, but that didn’t fit, so she jumped in to an opportunity to sell skincare products instead.
She loves the flexible lifestyle her business offers and truly enjoys creating her own economic recovery & helping other women find the confidence to do the same.
“Listen, we all get hurt, and I have experienced massive pain, but I don’t stew in it. I kind of let myself acknowledge it, sit in it, and let it go.”

Fear is a four letter word that we ALL deal with. While fear can be of service and keep us from things that won’t serve us, but it also sometimes holds us back from the experiences life has to offer.
In this episode, Julianne talks about fear and self doubt, and learning to recognize what voice is communicating with you. Is it your ego or authentic self? Is it fear based or coming from being grounded? Once we take on an air of curiosity, we can move beyond fear, trust in our selves and make strides forward.
“You have the power to create everything and anything that you want, and if there is doubt within you, I f*cking feel you.”
In this slightly different guest episode, Julianne is joined by Wendy Yellen. With over 40 years working in the transformational field, Wendy is a bestselling author and named one of the international top three transformational experts in her field, Eidetic Imagery.
Wendy had a full, waiting list only, 100% referral based psychotherapy practice but realized there had to be something more, and that what she was currently offering wasn’t enough. She was then re-introduced to Eidetic Imagery, let go of everything else, and jumped into three years of training to get certified.
Since then, she has introduced thousands of men and women around the world to this ancient art yet 21st-century science mysteriously called Eidetics.

Unconditional love does not mean putting up with anything and everything. Setting ownership, agreements, and boundaries is healthy and necessary in relationships.
Julianne shares recent changes in her life, including the journey she’s taken from where she was when the podcast started, to calling in a partner, and the importance of setting healthy boundaries in all relationships - and how that does not contradict unconditional love. It’s about using your voice and making self-honoring choices.
“Anybody in your life that is meant for you is going to understand that you need to fully show up in the best way for you, and in doing that, you can show up better for that person. ”
Welcome to another guest episode! Today Julianne interviews Summer, a graduate of her program. At 22 years old, this cosmetologist/stylist is stepping towards a more holistic life and becoming a partner in a metaphysical store.
When Summer came to Julianne, she was overwhelmed sorting through all the information out there, being confused by the contradictions, trying to find what matched with her and worked with her body. She was struggling with low energy, adrenal fatigue, and PMS symptoms like mood swings and bloating. She felt stuck in a limbo where she couldn’t focus on mindset or internal work or move forward. Now she feels in control of her body, her PMS symptoms are manageable and drastically reduced, she’s connected to her inner truth, eating has become stress free, she is confident in what she wants, and other people’s opinions don’t affect her the way they would have before.
The perspectives we pick up throughout our childhood from friends, family, and teachers can cloud who you are and stepping back to find who you are underneath. While some days the self examination and realization of the conditioning we pick up through our life is hard to even think about it or handle, most days it is empowering and fulfilling. In the end, the process is so worth it and the results are life-changing.
“Trusting the universe that you can make a change if that’s what you need, and it is okay and the universe will respond as long as you’re in alignment with your heart and listening to all parts of who we are. ”

This episode discusses period health and PMS, why what you’re feeling isn’t normal, and a way to get your body back on track.
Julianne went from being glad she was skipping periods as a bodybuilder to actually looking forward to her cycles. She strongly encourages women to embrace the power and femininity that comes with your cycle and your body’s shape and form. The way life is lived in the modern world has wreaked havoc on the natural cycle of women and how their bodies react, but Julianne offers an easy system for relief. Powerful highlights include:
“Reclaim your health, your power, and your body, to look at yourself from a different lens, and then welcome the femininity that comes with having your cycle. ”
Today’s episode is a recording of Julianne’s guest appearance on the Ceremony Wellness podcast with Kelli Tennant, speaking about finding the power of your own Goddess.
Coming from a place where her body no longer felt safe and she was fully disconnected from it, Julianne shares how she rediscovered and reconnected with her inner Goddess, her sexuality, and her pussy power. She recounts how everything else in her life from mindset to health to business improved and shifted after her somatic experience and opening herself up to heal from the inside. Powerful highlights include:
“When there is all the noise, and all the stuff, and all of the programming that’s like really holding you back from your authenticity and being in your loving essence, I feel like there’s so much blame and defection. ”
