Fear is a four letter word that we ALL deal with. While fear can be of service and keep us from things that won’t serve us, but it also sometimes holds us back from the experiences life has to offer.

Welcome to another guest episode! Today Julianne interviews Summer, a graduate of her program. At 22 years old, this cosmetologist/stylist is stepping towards a more holistic life and becoming a partner in a metaphysical store.
When Summer came to Julianne, she was overwhelmed sorting through all the information out there, being confused by the contradictions, trying to find what matched with her and worked with her body. She was struggling with low energy, adrenal fatigue, and PMS symptoms like mood swings and bloating. She felt stuck in a limbo where she couldn’t focus on mindset or internal work or move forward. Now she feels in control of her body, her PMS symptoms are manageable and drastically reduced, she’s connected to her inner truth, eating has become stress free, she is confident in what she wants, and other people’s opinions don’t affect her the way they would have before.
The perspectives we pick up throughout our childhood from friends, family, and teachers can cloud who you are and stepping back to find who you are underneath. While some days the self examination and realization of the conditioning we pick up through our life is hard to even think about it or handle, most days it is empowering and fulfilling. In the end, the process is so worth it and the results are life-changing.
