Today, Julianne is speaking with Clayton Olson, an International Relationship Coach, Author, and Facilitator, as well as fellow Denver resident!
Clayton delivers private virtual coaching sessions and leads online group workshops internationally for both women and men. To date, Clayton has over 15 years of experience working to optimize human behavior and social dynamics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Masters Certification in Transformational NLP (Marin-style), and is Coaching Training Alliance (CTA) accredited.
Rather than teaching quick-fix strategies, Clayton’s coaching style works with the deeper drivers behind people’s most painful experiences in relationships, and adjusts those experiences so clients can secure a life they endear, with a love that endures.
In this episode, Julianne and Clayton discuss:
“That ego and that identity does serve us at some point in our life, deeply and brilliantly, and that’s what can make it so difficult for our system to let go of it, is that identity was so beneficial at one point, but if we are forward-moving individuals, that are continually growing, we have to learn to gracefully let go of those things that once served us.”
