My approach is not to solely dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. I'm not here to create a list of foods you can never eat ever again and I'm not here to label foods as good or bad. I'm here to bring you a mindful approach to both eating & training. Everything you do has purpose and everything you eat has purpose. I understand you have goals to crush but I also understand you have a life to live.
I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Again, health and fitness can be anything you want it to be. Your goal image, your ideal scale number ... YOU create that. There should be no 'ideal' weight or 'ideal' body, only what you want and what makes you happy. So if that means eating ice cream once a week then go for it! Because you have to live happily doing the things you love in a body you adore!

I say it all the time and I'll say it again ... No one diet and no one training program works for everyone. It's just not possible!
We're all built differently. We have different genetics, different tendencies/habits/weaknesses, different cravings and dietary needs.
Your body is a display of your entire life. Everything you've been through? Your body has been there! So how on earth could we have the same plan and have it work the same way? You can't!
That's what I like to call bio-individuality.
The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison. If you work a sedentary job and aren't that active, chances are you're going to have to work a little harder in the gym and eat a little cleaner. If you're an active person during the day and enjoy working out, then maybe you can keep a more flexible diet and still maintain your goal body.
Bio-individuality is the reason why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Because eventually you're going to plateau. Eventually you're going to hit your genetic limit with the plan you have. There's only so much you can do when you're not working for your specific body type.
Like I said before, holistic wellness is about creating a balanced healhty you. It's about addressing all of your needs to create It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat that affect the way we eat and our happiness level. It's all of the factors we are presented with in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
